Why does my icanon pixma ip 1600 take surrounded by the composition crookedly and next wrinkles it but never deoes step threw?

I am not sure but it sounds resembling there is something blocking the nurture rollers, before you unequivocal it to find the trouble turn it upside down and smack it a couple times to see if anything drops out from inside....
because there is something that fell into it turn it upside down and hand over it a shake
