Why do my printed page hold 2 black lines across the page?

Sound similar to a laser printer with dirty hopefully not scratched drum. You may be capable of clean it near long cotton buds & spirits. But be very diligent or you may scratch the surface of the drum. However if the drum is scratched you call for a new drum, but the price to replace may not be worthwhile, a bit buy a new printer.



If it is bubble squirt than it's just dirty.
You might requirement to run the printer utility program to clean the print pave the way.
you may be running low on ink.
