Why can't I print? Every time I try, it say "Communication not availible"?

It suggests:

-restarting (tried that several times)

-disconnecting and reconnecting power cable (also tried)

-disconnecting USB cable (tried too!)



I've tried adjectives the suggestions, but nothing is working! (I hold a Dell Photo AIO printer, if that helps)

Go to the cotrol panel and make sure the printer is showing installed. If not install it by clicking "add printer". If you dont own a cd then progress to the Dell website and you can download the driver for it. Which even if it is installed you may want update the driver.



One last piece make sure when you click "print" on you document when the "print page" comes up on you computer brand name sure the printer you want to print to (your dell photo printer) is the one it is printing too.
try uninstalling the printer, rebooting and then reinstall the printer, remember not to connect the printers usb organize until instructed to do so, my daughter connected hers first before installing the drivers and messed the together thing up
