Why have my Canon BJC-620 printer stopped printing the color blue? The ink reservoir is full.?

Why have my Canon BJC-620 printer stopped printing the color blue? The ink reservoir is full.?

I am not decipherable with your picky model, but I am a little comfortable with canon BJ series printers.

First, did you carry out the self test to see if the blue really is not self printed? There is also a cleaning function that will clean the print organizer on your printer, which may clear up any problem you may have.

Second, are you using re-fill ink instead of unsullied cartridges? There may be a leak contained by the cartridge, ink may hold been put into the wrong slot or overfilled and gotten mixed, or the videotape is no longer good.

Third, if you are using a trial cartridge, engineer sure it is seated right.

I hope that this helps.
The jet in the lead are clogged. Run the head cleaner routine several times until it comes fund.

If you don't use your printer once a week or so, the ink dries on the head and clogs it up.

I give up on ink-jet printers for this reason, not to mention the price of ink.
