This is because you have checked the box call "Print to file" in your printer settings.
Do a Ctrl-P for printing. There should be a box within with Print to File subsequent to it. Uncheck it.
That should clear your little pop-up box.

Check that your default printer is set to your physical printer and not for example, Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.
From the Windows "Start" menu select "Printers and Faxes". The printer evident with a tick is the current failure to pay printer. To select another printer as the system default right click on it and select "Set as Default Printer".
