i hold checked all the wires, and tried the printer & pattern cam on othere pcs and they work fine. If someone could help that would be brilliant
why can't my laptop find the hardware i am trying to install? printer etc?
it might be because 'plug and play' service is disabled..jump to Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services and make sure it's enabled..

just install the drivers of printer and Webcam onto you PC and next try connecting them. it must work wihtout any issues.
unless you already have a printer's software installed, it will not see another one. i would uninstall any software from the printer, unplug it, reboot, afterwards plug it in permit windows ask you for software.
You should check if your plug and play service is involved.Right click on My Computer, choose "Manage", and you will see "services".Open them and find "plug and play" and see if this service is started.
double check your wires!!!! it could just be loose!! save for that i don't know sorry x
Plug and play might be disabled in the BIOS.
