I think when you salvage your mail into folder the directory not complete loaded the whole page..

or your folder is bigger than your mail folder size
Your question doesn't contain adequate information. What software are you using to print the e-mail? What exactly are you doing to try to print the e-mail? What exactly happens that make you think it "won't" print the rest of the e-mail.
