Which printer is most economical beside ink and also Mac compatible?

I appear to go through an HP 21 videotape each week and find it too expensive.

Which printer is most economical beside ink and also Mac compatible?

In Consumer Reports article, Epson printers have the least cost per page. Also you can catch cheaper but good cartridges at Staples, CarrotInk and PrintPal, according to article. Epsons are Mac compatible.
most printer software and drivers hold options to use smaller quantity ink ... simply turn the setting down to use less ...
Hi helpless,

Sorry that I couldn't give support to you, about usage. You must do a great deal of printing. It sounds like you would be better served by investing contained by a laser printer instead. Just about every printer will say-so on the package or on their trellis site whether they are compatible with Mac OS X.

Best of luck.

I do a fiesta amount of printing both for home use and work and I had an Epson colour stylus 600 but it wasn't working right so I bought a Lexmark Z25 and it is Mac compatible. In assimilation, when you buy the higher ceremonial ink (it costs more than the low grade one - can't guess of the techincal term right now), you take a lot more printing out of it and when the ink remaining pane shows you that you don't have ink, you can attain a least 10 more page of printing out of it. Future Shop is a great place to buy ink and you can get 2 ink cartridges for one price, any one black and one colour and I think you can bring 2 black or 2 colour.

Good luck
