Running an HP 4500 DN . Greens coming out Pea Green as within too dark and muddy. Have tried every setting and every driver but no make over. The only move i can get is when i alter the Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black settings on the printer front panel but theres not satisfactory alteration available. Not sure what to do next!
Why are my colour prints coming out pea green?
Are you using the correct colour cartridges and article, if not
this is moderately a common bother. But you could alter the colours
within your computer if you have colour correction services, or
Photoshop. By reversing the hues will take a moment or two guesswork,
but it may work.
it is cheaper just to buy a spanking new printer than to get your printer fixed.
It sounds resembling you're low on magenta ink. The other two colours, cyan and yellow, combine to form green, so the lone colours you'll be able to print short magenta are cyan, through green, through yellow, and shades thereof.
Rawlyn.
You have need of new color ink videotape. Reset your colors to the default, tag on new tape.
your other cartridge cyan magenta and black practical the ran out and you must replaced it whit clean cartridge.
You may want to check the level on your toners. Sounds like you may be out of magenta. I am not overly aware with that faddy model. However if possible print a question paper Page or just create a colour block of Yellow Magenta and Cyan, if you are missing one of the colours (probably magenta) Replace the videotape.
It may be an idea to check previously you replace the cartridge, The one point that I do know about those printers are the cartridges are rather dear. If there are no flaws surrounded by the colour block contact HP. Hopefully you are still under warranty.
